The Protester: The Person of the Year 2011

So we're getting close to the time we change the year from 2011 to 2012, and according to Mayas it is the last one.
I'm not superstitious but I don't exclude the possibility of the world coming to an end near: a simple collision with an asteroid could do the job, but there is too the possibility of nuclear disasters...so we all should become free from nuclear, it is something that will leave toxic waste for millions of years corroding planet Earth and it's dangerous.
What I think about 2012 is a bit like the Maya civilization: the world will end, but not in a way it wil disappear in a way it will change.
I think the world as we know it will change, we could see it in 2011: people are finally waking up and trying to understand what is happening around, they finally are getting along together more than ever, they join to discuss about the world's problems, they go to the streets protesting and they had serious vitories, as we can see in the Middle East, the people revolted against their dictators and demanded the right to have a democracy where they could chose their government and they could have free speech (although I get a bit sad for the way americans and europeans "helped" them doing the revolution like in Lybia, I think it's not destroying the countries making war we can help them!).
Anyway in 2011 people raised their voices all around: from the arabic spring movements that overthrew dictatorships with decades, until the movement Occupy Wall Street and the Movement of Indignants worldwide that gather forces against the bankers dictatorships until the recent protests in Russia against corruption in elections.
So the protesters were for sure the figure of the year 2011, as the magazine Times elected.
People are making the difference by taking responsible individual actions and they started thinking by themselves and took a stand fighting for something.
 People are making the change on their own and that's great!
We all know we make part of a system that doesn't serve our interests, we don't believe in governments anymore and we want to stop corruption...this means that we are involved in a big change, a global change and we no longer will quit...all the people in the world is starting to understand and acting...the governments and bankers are afraid, 'cause they know they won't stop the whole humanity!
People are tired of wars, of the lies of the politians, people are tired of living in an unequal and unfair world...now they wanna change this, and now they believe!
In 2011 the world lost lots of dictators, and right now, in all countries we demand a true democracy in the world even in those countries that say the have democracy and after all don't care about people needs but they obbey to the bankers and the stock market, people just don't agree the way politicians are dealing with the problem because they know they don't want to defend their interests but yes the interests of the powefull ones.
More and more people are becoming more ecological and really want to save Earth, there are more and more nature activists and more and more animal lovers and vegetarians and vegans.
So I'm sure 2012 will be different for better, a lot of revolutions will happen and it will turn the world in a better place.

Take a stand against anti-wolf legislation

Ok! I think I'll just stop trying to understand people, and humanity in general, they're just stupid!
Really! I have serious difficulties in applying the word humans to humans themselves!

Here's another example of wickedness I found out in the facebook, it's an american page anti-wolf and wild animals (click: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sky-Country-Journal/151149468253345).
Basically they argue that they are doing good killing wild animals such us the wolves and the hunters even receive money for the killing.

Yes it's a family, happy for killing the wolves, with their children happy too! This is so sick, this persons are so so sick!
And the legend of the image in that facebook page is even more sick: "Thanks Idaho for Wildlife for passing along this photo of Alberta wolf hunters saving some wildlife."


But it's an even more deep question, some members of the U.S congress want to approve a law to prevent wolves from being protected under the Endangered Species Act. What's the point your blooody bastards?

The Defenders of WildlifeAction  Fund already took a stand against that anti-wolf legislation and made a petition sign online that is being very successful but still needs a few more signatures to reach the goal of 80 000 signatures.

I like being alone but sometimes it gets a little boring and

gloomy, so I start socializing, but then I get annoyed with all

Vatican Christmas tree is decorated with gold and silver

That's it the super super rich independent state of Vatican, where is the headquarter of catholicism, has a very fancy christmas tree with 25 meters well decoarted with 2 500 balls made of gold and silver!
So the Pope this year condemned the consumerism around the Christmas season but it makes sense to him to have such an ostensive christmas tree full of gold and silver! Why don't they just sell that frivolous material and give that money to poor ones? Because they're all the time condemning the greed, the luxury, the selfishness, the ostentaion...after all you pray for the poor ones and say they will receive Heaven, in all Bible the kind of ostensive way of life Vatican had and still having is criticized...I mean does people really read the Bible? I am heretic and I read the Bible!
 Honestly worshipping Catholism is insane! How can people still believe in Catholic church after all that scandals, bloody and intolerant History and all their contradictions between what they do and what they preach?
I really know, fortunately I'm herectic!

Merry Christmas!

My Christmas everyone!
Hope you have a great time alone or with family and avoid the stupid familiar discussions, also I would suggest you to not eat meat: don't eat the christmas crib and become vegetarian.
Well I haven't  done anything for this christmas, I not even decorated the christmas year ( for years I don't do that), anyway the fact is that I didn't do anything yet, not even help people...college is absorbing so much of my time that when my classes finished at 22nd December I was totally lost of what to do next.
But we should help people and not even just in Christmas.
Besides being with family there's no other reason that makes me like Christmas: the capitalist frenzy at the malls, the imperative of buy, buy buy! And the fact it's a christian tradition inspired in paganism to celebrate the winter solstice. The modern christmas is all about capitalism, a Santa Claus dressed in red was an invention from Coc Cola.
Anyway it's good to have a diffferent season in the year, and after this one I sure have to spend a lot of time at the gym!

I asked him for good friends, is not that I haven't go anyone, the fact is that I have few persons to make things that I like and invite me over...the fact is that I feel alone and strange most part of the time...surprisingly I don't like it at all, but being around with silly persons just doesn't match with me and all this year I've been avoiding everyone and I didn't make a single effort to meet new persons. To be honest, I even lost some of my social connections...right now I don't know who I can call a friend but to be honest I'm not a friend of anyone too.
This year I was a completely outsider, most part of time alone and I just don't know how to get along with the others again. I've been wishing all the years to meet fun, interesting and inteligent people to talk to and to get out...but I can't see anyone, so I just quit. Yeah  I quit!

What I would ask to santa Claus if he actually existed?
I would like there's no kids on the streets living alone, I would like people stop mistreating children and animals and more and more people become vegetarians, I would like to all the world got involved in environmental issues and we all try to get to agreements and solutions to save Earth, and I would like the that the corruption is criminalized and people stop paying for corrupted banks and politicians bad actions, that there's no poor and super riches, I would like to people to stop using fur and I would like too the end of starvation and enslavement in the world.

It's a big wish I know!

Dear Rihanna

I heard that last saturday you had a great show in Lisbon, inclusively you said on your twitter that "Portugal was legandary". The concert was sold out with 20 000 people, I bet it was great and wish you had a great time in Lisbon.
I thought if I should go or not to your show, trust me I would like to go, but then I decided to not go because you wear fur and I don't want to contribute for your bloody wardrobe.
So for someone that was beaten before by a man, you should know what suffer and pain is...and trust me those  animals suffered a lot being skinned alive just to make your fur coats.
So it would be great if you just gain a bit of kindness in your heart and stop buying and wearing fur...then I would go to your shows. It's a good idea fans stop going to shows whose artists use fur...
So I just wish you to stop using fur.

In Hungary being homeless is crime

Let me get this right: in Hungary (Europe) being homeless is a crime?
So if you're one of that unlucky persons with no money and no house, besides being arrested (because you're poor and so you haven't the right to live) you have to pay!

See how modern society deals with people? if you're miserable and poor you're tretaed like rubbish, everybody will pretend that didn't see you but at the same will feel unconfortable...but you're rich everybody will receive you well, admire you.
Instead of helping and insert people on society, society seems just despise homeless people and exterminate them.

Canada quits the Kyoto Protocol

Here's the disppointtment of the year: after the Climate Conference in Durban, South Africa, Canada says that will stop following the Kyoto Protcol, which we all know was made with the purpose of control the greenhouse gases and invest in renewable and clean energies in order to avoid the rising of temperatures and the dramatically change in climate standards. Canada government says that the Kyoto Protocol is useless singe U.S.A and China, the two bigest world polluters refuse to sign and follow it (China says that will sign if USA signs it) and so Canada doesn't want to harm its (dirty) economy too...
SO WHAT'S THE PLAN? LET'S BURN AS MUCH AS FOSSIL FUELS AS WE CAN IN ORDER TO HAVE A WEALTH ECONOMY DURING A FEW YEARS AND SCREW ALL THE EARTH'S FUTURE?

How governments can be so greed: put the economy (based in dirty energy sources) first than the future of the Earth and inclusively the future of humanity?
Why care about winning more money now if we're moving up to a situation where economy would mean nothing 'cause it will be no money, no countries, no civilizations, no humans...and most shocking: no life on Earth! WHY? REALLY I CANNOT UNDERSTAND!
WHAT'S NEXT? MAYBE MORE COUNTRIES WILL DROP KYOTO?

Why does USA invest so much money in the military and wars instead of sign the Kyoto protocol and start using well the citizen's money?

Despite of all my sadness and gloom I tried to believe a better future is possible, I want to believe; really I try to not quit this...but what we're seeing is a stupid humanity solding out Earth resources without caring about the future of Earth, biodiversity and humanity! I really can't understand what's the point of all that but this is the most selfish generation of humans...we're leading ourselves to the global annihilation,and we know that but seems like people don't care 'cause they think they will be dead by the time...and so they don't care about the next generations as long as they have lived their lives! It's shameful since all the previous human civilizations tried to improve the human science and history, cretaing cultures, languages, music and caring about giving the next generation what they learnt before...what this generation of humans will give the next generations? a dead planet!
WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME...AND ALL YOU SEEM TO BE DOING IS QUITTING ON THE FUTURE AND HAVE AN APOCALYPSE PARTY!


The most heartbreaking thing that can happen is see the end of life on Earth caused by stupid greed humans!

German Catholic Church tries to sell its porn(!?!!!) editor

When I thought that after all that pedophilia scandals (that lots of priests and even the pope tried to hide for years) I thought my disregard for Catholic Church couldn't get so low but that's when it get even lower: catholic church is envolved in the porn industry...at least one filial, a german filial of the catholic church. Now the editor of  porn industry is for sale to avoid the scandal and protect the german pope Ratzinger.
I'm in shock right now but this only shows how rotten and hypocritical catholic church is...fact that I discovered when I was 12 years old and proclaimed myself agnostic and said that I wanted to get out of catholicism..decision that was not approved by my family and only after several rebellions I could get out of that place and institution which I'm ashamed of have belonged.

Now, amid the scandal, the German Catholic church has withdrawn its investment in the publishing company. It is looking for a buyer as soon as possible.

The Local reports that Weltbild initially removed some 2,500 erotic titles from its online catalogue, but the church has now decided to distance itself from the publisher completely.

However, the decision could have come sooner for some Catholics. Last month German publication Die Welt reported that some worshipers had been complaining about the church's association with the pornographic publications for over 10 years only to be ignored by bishops."

Fado is world heritage

Fado the song of Lisbon is now too a song of the world.
Fado is a portuguese music genre and it was added last saturday  (27th November 2011) to Unesco's list of of World's Intangible Cultural Heritage.

On its website, UNESCO describes Fado as the”urband popular song of Portugal,” stating

"Fado is a performance genre incorporating music and poetry widely practised by various communities in Lisbon. It represents a Portuguese multicultural synthesis of Afro-Brazilian sung dances, local traditional genres of song and dance, musical traditions from rural areas of the country brought by successive waves of internal immigration, and the cosmopolitan urban song patterns of the early nineteenth century. Fado songs are usually performed by a solo singer, male or female, traditionally accompanied by a wire-strung acoustic guitar and the Portuguese guitarra – a pear-shaped lute with twelve wire strings, unique to Portugal, which also has an extensive solo repertoire. The past few decades have witnessed this instrumental accompaniment expanded to two Portuguese guitars, a guitar and a bass guitar. Fado is performed professionally on the concert circuit and in small ‘Fado houses’, and by amateurs in numerous grass-root associations located throughout older neighbourhoods of Lisbon. Informal tuition by older, respected exponents takes place in traditional performance spaces and often over successive generations within the same families. Fado is about the lusitan soul, it calls for a longing feeling called saudade, a word that has no translation and it's unique in the portuguese language. Sometimes it can be a bit blue and bring us to tears but fado is not always sad or mournful, tehre are some happy songs too.

Beagle dogs released from animal testing laboratories are free now

Beagle dogs were rescued by the "Beagle Freedom project" from a medical testing laboratory after being living for years in steel cages only getting out of it to be tested and feel pain.

These dogs had never seen the outdoors, walked on grass or felt a gentle touch, they had also been de-barked so they don't disturb people from the laboratory.

 This video captures their first steps into a kind world and it's very touching to see that dogs running free out of the hell they lived and they would still living if they haven't been saved by these people.

I must thank these kind people from the bottom of my heart for saving these little and innicent creatures, people like you make me still hopin' humans can change and be like true humans. Also we all have to make sure we don't use products tested in animals and claim industries for cruelty free processes.

Fitch downgrades Portugal to junk status

Yipee we're junk again!

So next time other reputable agency like Standard & Poors does the same I will not write anything anymore, I'm kind of tired of all that thing of rating agencies.

Oh please TV talks all the time about crisis, recession rating agencies, and sovereign debt crisis, and the "help" of International Monetary Fund, the financial markets who we should obey...but does anyone care about telling people who are the markets? why are they so important? how we get to this low point? does anyone explained people what is the IMF? does anyone explained why what rating agencies say is such a big deal? NOOOO instead TV shows us this situation as inevitable...and that's pretty much just it.
Besides all that Fitch praises us for our efforts cutting on our State Budget...and they put us in junk level? it's a contradiction...
My opinion is that Rating Agencies and the Financial Markets with no face, stock exchanges are nothing but the symbols of the new financial capitalism.
Rating Agencies have the power to decide everything (the fall of states like Greece for example) and the Markets (we hear them talking about financial markets as divine entities...it's crazy) are the new global dictators...they have no face and are protected by our governments that we thought should represent us and not be against us.
As the result? someone is doing a big big businness out of this, and has no name or face...we call them the 1%. One thing is sure the money didn't get away, it just changed hands, now the banks are out of our savings and we have to put the robbed money stolen by some sort of divine financial entitie back on banks. And we just swallow up the lie?
I just can't believe in an economy that is not even explained how it works to its citizens...and I'm sure they don't want us to know how it works...we would be stunned.
So keep rating pals we don't care about your rates!

Homeless kids in USA and UK

Then I found a video that said that Britain have the highest population in Europe and 15% of them are homeless children (see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=l6-0sbqVqTk#!). I must confess that I hardly can believe there are homeless kids in Britain, all I know is what I read in Courrier International Magazine that said that the number of homeless people and people living in improvised sheds is really increasing in London.

The principal causes for homeless children are: arson, domestic violence, immigration and bankruptcy of families due to the economica recession.

We can see the big Nation of USA, being the 1st economy in the world, spending millions on wars and turning back their citizens needs.

ukrainian teenagers torture and kill dogs just for fun

Today I got a newsletter from Care2 petition site I got shocked again!

But also I wrote later that Ukraine says that will stop dog culling and will give animals a shelter to live instead of killing them and the Care2 petitionsite will make sure the best conditions will be given to animals.  Anyway, Care2 found out that a wicked ukrainian teenager, 19 years old, published photos and videos of him torturing and killing dogs and he also is said to have killed about 100 dogs. The videos and pictures (I did not watch because I closed the window when I saw bloody animals in pictures...and I will not see that because I am very sad and I can't see anymore inhumanity)
 With his fellows he discusses new ways of torture against animals. He is filmed throwing puppies in the railway and watching trains run over their little bodies, he is also seen cutting their tails and paws, ripping open their stomachs and pulling out their eyes.
 He and his fellows are clearly sick person conscious about what they did, that feel pleasure killing and until now they didn't show any signs of regret for what they did because they laugh about that and show themselves proud of killing. Also ukrainian authorothies showed indifference for this case (let's not forget this was a "cleansing" measure decided by the municipalities) and because of that this teenager and his pals  had no punishment yet.
If this guy feels pleasure torturing and killing helpless little creatures he and his friends can eventually turn to children! It's a well-estabilished fact that animal torture is an early sign of criminal behavior.
