Let me get this right: in Hungary (Europe) being homeless is a crime?
So if you're one of that unlucky persons with no money and no house, besides being arrested (because you're poor and so you haven't the right to live) you have to pay!

So this is how the modern society do it: in Colombia government pays militias to kill homeless because for them they're rubbish (http://celta-myuniverse.blogspot.com/2011/11/combian-militias-clean-streets-killing.html), and in the developed Europe being an homeless is a crime.
See how modern society deals with people? if you're miserable and poor you're tretaed like rubbish, everybody will pretend that didn't see you but at the same will feel unconfortable...but you're rich everybody will receive you well, admire you.
Instead of helping and insert people on society, society seems just despise homeless people and exterminate them.
